your prescription to us on 64 7 865 8997, then post it to
'The Pharmacist, PO Box 164, Whangamata, New Zealand.'
We will process your order on receipt of your fax, your
order will be sent on receipt of the original prescription.
Or you can simply post your prescription with credit card
details / cheque.
Your prescription must be from a New Zealand registered
doctor.
For all New Zealand orders would you please enter your
street address and phone number where possible as the
medicine will need to be signed for. If you are not home, a
card will be left so you may contact the courier for later
delivery / pickup.
Reductil is used to treat very overweight (obese) patients
who have not been able to lose weight using a low calorie
diet and exercise.
Reductil works by making you
feel less hungry. This causes you to eat less and results in
weight loss. For best results, Reductil should be used
together with a low fat diet and moderate exercise
supervised by your doctor.If this is followed, you should
notice some weight loss by the end of the forst month of
treatment.
You must not take
Reductil if: you are over 65 or a child - you have an
allergy to Reductil or any of the ingredients - you are or
intend to become pregnant or breastfeed - you are not using
adequate contraception - the expiry date written on the
package has passed - the package is torn or shows signs of
tampering.
Do not take Reductil if: you
have an eating disorder - your overweight or obesity is due
to a disease of an organ or use of other medication - you
have a psychiatric or mental illness - you have
hyperthyroidism - you have high blood pressure not
controlled by drugs - you have severe liver or kidney
disease - you have heart disease caused by poor blood flow
in the blood vessels of the heart - you have a disease of
the heart with shortness of breath and swelling of the feet
or legs - you have changes in heart rate - you have had a
stroke - you have a swelling of the prostate gland - you
have a tumor of the adrenal gland - you have pressure of
fluid in the eye - you have a history of drug, medication or
alcohol abuse - you suffer from Gillies de la Tourettes
syndrome - you have had seizures.
Before taking Reductil you
need to tell your doctor about any other medication you are
taking or if you are allergic to foods, dyes, preservatives
or any medication
Dosage; The usual dosage is
one capsule taken once a day
