Terms & Conditions

Purchasers are bound by the following:

A.  PharmacyWeb.co.nz does not assume any liability for the use of any products supplied.

B.  Any importation requirements and regulations are the responsibility of the purchaser. PharmacyWeb.co.nz takes no responsibility for confirming these.  All products are shipped at the risk of the purchaser and at the agreement of holding the vendor reserved towards any legal action which might be brought against the purchaser if not acting in accordance with the importation laws and regulations applied by the government of the destination country.

C.  If the requested products are confiscated or detained by foreign customs the loss lies with the purchaser.

D.  Prices are subject to change relative to international currency rates and price changes by distribution channels without further notice.

E.  The availability of products may change without further notice.

F.  Any order cancellations are not accepted if payment has already been processed.

G.  PharmacyWeb.co.nz is not responsible for wrong delivery, losses in the mail or product damage caused due to improper handling by the mail service.

H.  PharmacyWeb.co.nz is not responsible for returning of products caused by wrong delivery due to wrong shipping information that the purchaser has provided or if it is due to incorrect following of advices enclosed by PharmacyWeb.co.nz . If this should occur, products can be shipped according to section (I).

I.  Reshipments will only be carried out if the additional charges for the reshipment is covered by the purchaser, unless the improper delivery was caused by actions taken by PharmacyWeb.co.nz according to section (K).

J.  PharmacyWeb.co.nz is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the mail service in charge of the delivery ,or by holidays.  Nor is PharmacyWeb.co.nz responsible for delays caused by temporary delays in the delivery of the requested product/products from the manufacturer/supplier or by any other delays that are caused by a third party.

K.  Should wrong products be received, the correct products will be reshipped, bypassing section (D) and charges for the product value, only if the received products are returned in an unopened, resalable condition.
